There are many website tools can check IP addresses. For example, ipinfo.io. you can use it following these steps:
Open your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.), enter [ipinfo.io] official website.
You can see a search box on the homepage . By default, it displays your current IP address and related information.
If you want to inquire the information of other IP addresses, you can enter the IP address in the search box, and then press the Enter key.
ipinfo will display relevant information about the queried IP address for you, including the IP address itself, geographical location, operator, ASN (Autonomous System Number) and other available information.

This means that your application or service needs to ensure that the interval between two requests is at least 2 seconds when making API requests.
