TalorData's platform, technology, and network (collectively referred to as the 'Services') may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms of Service.
TalorData will take firm action against any illegal or non-compliant use of its Services and will cooperate with law enforcement agencies to investigate potential abuse.
The use of TalorData's Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities is strictly prohibited. All such conduct will be investigated.
- Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Collecting non-public information (i.e., data behind a login)
- DDoS attacks
- Spamming: Sending bulk emails/messages/IRC/comments and images
- Ad fraud or click fraud
- Impersonating others to commit fraud
- Using automated ticketing programs (ticket bots)
- Sweepstakes, lotteries, or gambling
- Trading games or game items/currency
- Using streaming-related domains (video, music, or image streaming)
- Trading cryptocurrencies/virtual currencies or NFTs
- Any Search Engine Optimization (SEO) manipulation (e.g., fake clicks in search engine results)
TalorData proactively blocks certain web content (e.g., adult content, government websites, harmful domains, etc.) at its sole discretion. TalorData reserves the right to add or remove any web content blocks at any time.
For customers who violate the rules of this Compliance Statement and use TalorData's proxy IP services to conduct the aforementioned activities, we will deduct your proxy IP balance, ban your account, retain your account information and data usage traces, and cooperate with law enforcement agencies in their investigations. TalorData assumes no liability for any consequences resulting from the aforementioned restrictions.
