TalorData Refund Policy
At TalorData, we make every effort to provide our customers with stable and sustainable services. This Refund Policy applies to TalorData and you (the Client or You). Please read this document carefully, as it describes the use of the services and governs the sensitive processes regarding dispute resolution and refund issues that may arise from the use of this System.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from the Client's access to the Services and/or use of the System shall be handled in accordance with the following dispute resolution procedures:
Any dispute arising from the use of the System should be submitted via email to TalorData's Customer Support Department at: [email protected]. Please contact Customer Support for any inquiries regarding refunds, cancellations, or reimbursement issues.
For security purposes, we record conversations between Customer Support and the Client. We will not refund any paid services that do not constitute a product feature issue. Please note that all payments are final. If you believe the proxy or software is not functioning properly, we are always here to assist you.
Non-refundable Activities:
Information provided by the Client during the registration process is incomplete or inconsistent.
The Client's account is frozen or suspended due to illegal activities by the Client.
The Client has failed to comply with the obligations in the Terms of Service regarding the acceptable use of the System or Services.
The Client has begun transmitting and/or receiving data via the System, provided that the Client has purchased a package through the System's Client Dashboard.
The quality of the provided Services meets the conditions specified in the Service Level Agreement.
The purchased plan package has expired.
Connection quality and speed are limited by the capabilities of third parties and are beyond TalorData's control.
TalorData does not guarantee the quality of the internet connection provided by third-party Internet Service Providers, and you hereby agree that any issues related to connection speed constitute a non-refundable event.
Refusal by the Client to use the software. TalorData is not responsible for the compatibility of Client Software with the System where the Client may use third-party and/or proprietary software ('Client Software') to access and/or use the System.
